1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and ct333 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the ct333 website available at ct333.bio and any associated mobile or web-based services, games, betting markets, promotional programmes, and payment facilities.

ct333 is operated by its licensed entity under an international online gaming licence. The platform is designed and marketed primarily for players located in Pakistan, and all services are provided in the English language. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless an alternative is explicitly made available.

2 Eligibility & Registration

You agree to use the platform only in jurisdictions where doing so does not violate applicable local laws, regulations, or ordinances. ct333 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ct333. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ct333 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend or permanently close any accounts found to be in violation of this policy. Funds held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and must update this information promptly if it changes. ct333 is not liable for any issues arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. ct333 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Currency. All ct333 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are all displayed and processed in PKR. If you deposit using a method that involves a currency other than PKR (such as USDT TRC20), the conversion to PKR will be applied at the rate in effect at the time of the transaction.

3.2 Account Balance. Your account balance reflects the sum of your real-money funds and any credited bonus funds separately. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked independently. Only real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ct333 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, provided adequate prior notice has been given to the account holder via their registered email address. Fees will not reduce your account balance below zero.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your ct333 account at any time by contacting customer support via the 24/7 live chat function. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ct333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. ct333 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time and will provide reasonable notice where operationally feasible.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your ct333 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the relevant network. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are generally processed within standard banking hours and may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. ct333 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must have completed the required KYC verification; (b) any bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds; (c) withdrawals must be directed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, except where ct333 explicitly permits otherwise.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. ct333 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method and applicable banking procedures. Cryptocurrency withdrawals in USDT TRC20 may be subject to network confirmation times outside ct333's control.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ct333 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the withholding of funds pending investigation.

4.6 No Chargebacks. By making a deposit, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of any ct333 transaction. Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action to recover amounts due.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager using bonus funds before a withdrawal can be requested. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. ct333 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Any bonuses credited as a result of abuse will be voided and associated winnings forfeited.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation. ct333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus funds already credited to a player's account before the cancellation date will remain subject to the terms under which they were originally awarded.

5.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, household, IP address, or device. ct333 reserves the right to determine whether multiple accounts are being used to circumvent this limitation.

6 Game Rules & Sports Betting

6.1 Casino Games. All casino games offered on ct333 — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and crash-style games — are provided by third-party game developers whose software is certified by recognised testing laboratories. ct333 does not control game outcomes, which are determined entirely by certified random number generator (RNG) algorithms or live dealer outcomes, as applicable.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ct333 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of balances at ct333's discretion:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the ct333 platform;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform functions;
• Colluding with other players to exploit game outcomes, bonus structures, or betting markets;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured game settings to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity;
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any transaction made on the ct333 platform;

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, telecommunications failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.3 Consequential Loss. 10.4 Force Majeure. ct333 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party payment processor outages.

10.5 Aggregate Liability Cap. Where ct333 is found liable for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, ct333's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by you to ct333 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

ct333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ct333 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. Player funds are maintained in accounts segregated from ct333 operating funds.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ct333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to registered players via email to their registered address and/or through a prominent notice on the ct333 website, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the amendments take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ct333 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by ct333. ct333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) ct333 is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; (c) ct333 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the platform's integrity, security, or legal compliance.

13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, all pending bets and bonus funds are forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, except where the termination results from a breach that gives rise to an entitlement to forfeit such funds.

13.3 Termination by Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting ct333 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations already incurred, including outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ct333's international gaming licence jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

14.3 Escalation.
